How do you measure your customer’s bracelet size?

LOONA Jewellery offers a wide range of bracelet lengths to ensure a comfortable fit for every customer while also looking stylish.

Many of our designs include half-size or quarter links, allowing for a variety of sizes. We can package your bracelet according to your specifications. By default, LOONA Jewellery uses inch measurements and provides sizes ranging from 6″ to 8.5″. Please note that bracelets of the same design with the same number of links may vary slightly in length, by up to 0.25 inches.

We recommend that resizing be done by our skilled artisans. We offer two resizing options: traditional torch soldering and laser welding. While torch soldering creates a stronger joint, laser welding can be used without having to remove heat-sensitive stones.

Below, you will find a chart for basic bracelet size guidelines. Please remember that these measurements are approximate. For a more accurate size, please follow the steps outlined below.

Measuring Your Wrist for an Accurate Bracelet Size

To determine your perfect bracelet size, follow these steps:

Step 1: Measure your wrist using a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would typically wear the bracelet.

Step 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark the point where it overlaps with a pen or pencil. Then, use a ruler to measure the length of the paper; this will be your wrist.

Step 3: To find your ideal bracelet size, add your wrist size to the appropriate measurements outlined below.

Do you want a snug or loose fit?

Consider whether you prefer a snug or loose fit; this can vary from person to person. For delicate bracelets with thin chains, we recommend a snug fit. Most other bracelets should provide a comfortable fit, except when purchasing larger or thicker cuffs or bangles. For these, it is best to choose a larger bracelet with a loose fit to ensure comfort without feeling restrictive.

How Can I Find My Bangle Size?

To determine your bangle size, follow these steps:

Step 1: Close your fingers together and bring your thumb to meet your little finger, as if you were putting on a bangle.

Step 2: Take a strip of paper or measuring tape and wrap it around your hand at the widest point. If you’re using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen. Then, measure the length of the marked paper strip with a ruler; this measurement will give you the circumference of your hand.

Step 3: Compare your hand circumference to the chart below. Choose a bangle with a diameter that is the next size up from your actual hand measurement.
